The ‘IV Justice League’ is a group of students from Intervarsity Christian Fellowship at the University of Washington committed to promoting a faith-rooted culture of social justice and compassion. We are still evolving as God plants new passions and provides new opportunities.
“He has shown you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” – Micah 6:8
“Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter” – Isaiah 58:6-7
“‘Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?’ The expert in the law replied, ‘The one who had mercy on him.’ Jesus told him, ‘Go and do likewise.’” – Luke 10:36-37
Currently we are: Dale, Cody, Sarah, and Tammie.
