Acting on AIDS cell phone drive

[from Sean]

Acting on AIDS is organizing a cell phone drive throughout campus!

It’s called Recycle a Phone, Build a School.

We’ve partnered with Charity Cellular, and are collecting used phones, iPods,
and mp3 players (in any condition). The phones will be memory wiped, sent
overseas, refurbished, and put back onto the market. The refurbisher pays us.
And we give the money to World Vision, to build a school for kids who might not
otherwise have one.

Essentially:
1. you get rid of your junk phone
2. the earth benefits from not having another phone in a landfill
3. used phones become available for lower prices for those in need
4. underprivileged children get a school/education

Collection Box Locations:
-All dorms
-Health Sciences Library
-Odegaard Library
-Foster Library
-HUB info desk
-More Hall Office
